In Quinns blog she talks about Technology the New Way to Post she writes about how people can protest to big business through social media with out having to be there. If a big business does something the costumers don't approve then can all ban together online and file complaints or threaten to leave. All with out leaving there couch and the business do sometimes take it serious. I feel that this is a good thing because of today's busy life style you don't always have the time to go the place of business and protest.
